When should I expect my order?

We kindly ask that you give us 5-10 business days for us to process and have your order at your front door. Please account that custom-made products may take longer.

What is your return policy?

An item can be returned within 7 days from when you receive your package. You can contact us at moncherilux@gmail.com or 305.600.1638 if you have any issues with your order and let us know how we can help. 

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we sure do! Shipping costs and currencies will be calculated at checkout!

Can I drive to your store?

We are an e-commerce boutique store and do not have a storefront location. You’re welcome to send us an email at moncherilux@gmail.com or call us at 305-600-1638 to ask us a question or just to say hi!
